Before you write
Most questions I get are about swaps, and the answer is often already in the recipe notes at the bottom of the post. Worth a look first you might not need to wait on me.
Recipe not working?
Tell me which recipe, what you used instead of what, and what happened. With those three things I can almost always work out what went wrong. Without them I’m guessing.
Request a dish
If there’s a Southern dish you grew up with and can’t find a good version of, send it. A good half of these recipes started as somebody’s request.
